We didn’t leave a review previously, but since I’m looking to possibly need to book a room for an overnight stay for 2 upcoming doctor’s visits, I was reminded that I really needed to leave one (my apologies that I didn’t do it sooner). My husband and I (along with our 3 “fur babies”) stayed here “long-term” from 11/19/20-01/31/21 so that I could be close to my Neurologist and Neurosurgeon while I was recovering from a traumatic brain injury. The owners were EXTREMELY kind, our room was very clean (and our room was still detail cleaned by the owners each week), the bed was comfortable (they have new beds, unlike other places), the property was quiet and peaceful (there were several people in rooms that stayed here “long-term”), the outside property is clean and well maintained. My husband still had to work everyday and it gave him peace of mind knowing that they understood the situation and would “keep an eye out for me” while he was gone. Perimeter has been around a long time and is pretty much an Athens staple. It’s not “new or fancy”, but it is comfortable, peaceful, clean, and safe! Like they say, “Don’t judge a book by it’s cover”. We recommend them 1000% and we will FOREVER be extremely GRATEFUL for Perimeter Inn’s owners for everything they did for us during our difficult time. We TRULY appreciate both of you!!! I grew up traveling across the country with my parents and it probably stayed at 300 or more hotels during my lifetime and I can honestly say this exceed my expectations. Not only are the owners here friendly and courteous but work very hard to make sure your needs are met. I've never engaged owners of a hotel that are as nice as these people. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone Brandy Lloyd

This place was very well kept and offered a peaceful nights sleep, I forgot to get pictures but I liked it. The staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend. It was a very fair price too. My only complaint is I prefer a larger pillow but that’s not their fault.

We arrived today for a weekend stay and have been very impressed so far. The motel is extremely clean and well maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The staff has been wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and quick to help with what we needed.
